The Bar, Wines...
We have now installed our Le Verre de Vin wine preserving system which has enabled us to increase our 'wines by the glass' range.
What is Le Verre de Vin?
A precisely controlled vacuum is created within the bottle. Control of the vacuum level is essential to ensure that the maximum period of preservation is achieved without any damage to the subtle structure of the wine.
What do people say about Le Verre de Vin?
"The 'Good Pub Guide' has recognized us as the best wine pub of the year. I have no doubt what so ever, that a large portion of this success is due to our Le Verre de Vin." Paul Lavis Managing Director, The Bell at Boxford, The Wine Pub of the Year
"In comparative tests Le Verre de Vin easily came top overall." Decanter Magazine
