The first known mention of the French Horn as a Public House is in the parish register of 1802.

The town map of 1829 shows the French Horn Inn and it is known that William Lee, a brewer, was the owner. Click here for past images of the French Horn from 1829.

Now, 25 landlords & landladies later, the current licensee Debbie Fordham runs the pub to ensure its good reputation in the area continues.

With the help of new chefs and a lot of maintenance now completed, the French Horn has been restored to its former glory and is an ideal eating venue in North East Hampshire, both night and day, seven days a week.
